When am I billed?+
Pay-As-You-Go customers are billed monthly on the 7th for the leads they received the prior month. Prepaid blocks are paid upfront at a discount.
Can I cap my spend?+
Yes. Set a maximum number of leads per month (minimum 5). We stop delivering when you hit it.
Are leads shared?+
Never. Each lead goes to exactly one company.
What if a lead is bad?+
Request a credit from your portal within 5 days. If they couldn't be reached after 3 attempts in 24 hours, were outside your area, or didn't request your service, we credit it.
Can I cancel?+
Month-to-month. Give 14 days' notice and you're done.
